Happy New Year
Hope you're feeling fine today!
I do hope you all survived the Christmas Rush and were able to relax with family or friends over the holiday period. Did Santa bring you something nice?
Many would have been out on the town partying and welcoming in the New Year, I only hope you didn't over do it!
Hangover cure
A friend of mine swears by a bowl of corn flakes and milk - preferably as soon as you come home after a big night out. Now I did read something several moons ago that milk was indeed helpful should you have imbibed in alcohol a little toooooo much - so the milk part might be the answer.
Don't forget to rehydrate with plenty of water today and Did you make a New Year's resolution?
Well, might be a good idea to start it today no excuses start immediately.
Here's the favourite list:
Stop smoking
loose weight
get fit
do more exercise
spend more time with the kids
see more of friends
meet up with family more often
keep the house clean
walk more, use the car less
work less
take regular weekend breaks
become involved with volunteer work in the community
What are you going to do in 2009 to improve your wellbeing?
What ever it is I wish you a happy and prosperous New Year.
